A Nipple shield can help ease the pain and heal small sores left by breastfeeding or make it easier for your child to be breastfed, if you have inverted nipples.
Mininor Nipple shields is used by breastfeeding moms for example if:
If your nipples have sores from the breastfeeding - to protect your skin and to ease the pain.
If your nipples are flat and inverted and your child is having a difficult time feeding efficiently.
 
How to use:
Wash your hands thoroughly.
If your breast is tense, pump out a little milk to soften it.
Damp the Nipple shield with water to make it sit properly on your breast.
The open piece of the nipple shield must be straight in front of your child's nose, so the skin to skin contact is optimal.
Place your child, preferably in calm and non stressful surroundings, for your and your child's sake. After use, wash the nipple shield in soap, rinse thoroughly and scold afterwards.
One package contains two Nipple shields.
